PROCESSING TIMES
Please note due to shipping delays within Australia and overseas that your order may take more time than usual to arrive to you- If you require an item urgently please email me and I will try my absolute best when possible to ship quicker.

TRACKING INFORMATION
Please be aware that items come with  standard tracking within Australia. Please get in contact if you would like to add additional tracking to your order or would like your item sent express.

SHIPPING TIMES
Within Australia shipping can take up to 2 weeks currently, and overseas orders can take upwards of 4 weeks depending on the postal system of your country.

LOST ITEMS
Unfortunately we are unable to send you a replacement item if your item is misplaced in the post - if you are concerned that this may be an issue then please purchase additional tracking or insurance.
